This product is a pre-order item which takes around 7-14 days delivery.

Delivery Time & Process: 

Please note that your order will take 7-12 working days once packed till arrival. Deliveries to outlying or regional areas may take up to 14 working days depending on where. 

Once you place an order you will receive an email that your order has been confirmed & received. We will then send you another email once your order has been packed & is ready to ship. This will contain tracking info for your benefit & self tracking. 

Please note we do not deliver on weekends.

Your delivery will be picked up & arrive during the working week - Monday to Friday. 

FEDEX Express/Drop-shipping:

We are excited to introduce a new delivery option! For certain products, we now offer a direct shipment from the warehouse straight to your doorstep. This process is similar to dropshipping, meaning your order will be shipped directly from our supplier, bypassing our local stock. Please note that this is a separate process from our standard local free shipping, and additional shipping fees may apply depending on the product and location. This new option allows us to provide a wider range of items with faster shipping times directly from our partners.

Tracking: 

You will then receive an SMS/Email with your tracking number once your order has been packed. You will then receive a second sms on the morning of your order's arrival. All orders are fulfilled by Aramex.

THE COURIER GUY : R150 (overnight & rates may change depending on location, this will be communicated through email)
